The Grievance Cell is established to ensure that genuine concerns are addressed in a fair, transparent, timely, and respectful manner. Its objective is not only to resolve complaints but also to promote a positive academic environment built on trust, dignity, responsibility, and mutual respect.

Grievance Redressal Process

The grievance process begins with the submission of a complaint through the designated channel. The concern is reviewed by the appropriate authority or committee, and necessary information may be obtained from the concerned individuals to understand the matter clearly.

Every grievance is considered objectively, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.Where necessary, the concerned parties may be given an opportunity to present their views. After examining the matter, suitable action is taken in accordance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.
